Designing a digital aviation maintenance platform to simplify flight records, work orders and fleet management.
Indamar’s aviation maintenance operations relied on manual job sheets and separate spreadsheets to manage technical flight logs, aircraft component hours and work orders. This made tracking maintenance activities, managing approvals and accessing up-to-date fleet information more time-consuming.
The challenge was to bring these processes into a single digital platform while keeping the interface practical for both field technicians and maintenance managers.
Working with technology partner JAVIN IT Services, we designed the SkyTouch application interface and mapped the workflows for aircraft maintenance operations.
Our work focused on organising complex technical information into clear, accessible screens. We structured the experience around flight logging, work order management, approval tracking and fleet records, helping users navigate daily maintenance tasks more efficiently.
