Simplifying IT support with a mobile application for device management, service bookings, and software purchases.
JAVIN IT Services needed a convenient way for customers to access IT support, register their devices, schedule service visits, and explore maintenance plans and software products. The challenge was to bring these different services into one easy-to-use mobile application.
We designed and developed a mobile application that combines IT support and product purchasing in one interface. Users can register their devices, schedule service appointments, explore annual maintenance plans, and purchase software products. We kept the navigation straightforward, with clearly defined sections for each service.
