Mastercard India

Bringing Mastercard’s Tap & Go campaign to life through celebrity-led videos, comedy-driven storytelling and digital content production.

The Challenge

Mastercard India wanted to encourage consumers to adopt contactless payments instead of the familiar practice of swiping or inserting their cards.

The challenge was to communicate the simplicity and convenience of Tap & Go through engaging video content rather than conventional product demonstrations. With Bollywood personalities and stand-up comedians involved, each film needed its own creative treatment while maintaining a consistent campaign message.

What We Did

Working with agency partner Ketchum Sampark, we managed video production from scripting and storyboarding to filming, editing and post-production.

We developed different storytelling approaches to suit the personalities of the featured talent. The Bollywood-led films received a polished, cinematic treatment, while the comedian-led videos used humour and everyday situations to demonstrate the ease of contactless payments.

Our work also covered on-set creative direction, motion graphics, colour grading and video adaptations for different digital platforms, ensuring consistency across the campaign.

Key Deliverables
Outcome

The completed campaign delivered a coordinated collection of celebrity and comedy-led videos that presented Mastercard’s Tap & Go feature through relatable situations and engaging storytelling.

The films gave Mastercard India a consistent set of digital campaign assets while allowing each featured personality to communicate the benefits of contactless payments in their own style.
