Shaping a purpose-driven brand narrative and visual system to position circular economy initiatives for scalable environmental and commercial impact.

The Challenge

Recity’s Hilldari plastic-waste initiatives in Nainital and Mussoorie produced meaningful work and measurable data, but the information was spread across different inputs and success stories. The challenge was to turn that material into a report that stakeholders could understand and engage with.

What We Did
  • We structured the report as a clear story rather than a collection of disconnected statistics.
  • Data from the Hilldari initiative was reorganised into a narrative covering the work, the people involved and the results.
  • We designed data visualisations around the initiative’s actual metrics instead of using generic infographic templates.
  • The report was structured for both quick scanning by funders and more detailed reading by stakeholders who wanted the full story.
Key Deliverables
Outcome

The report turned operational data and field stories into a document that was easier to read and present. It gave Recity a stronger visual way to communicate its sustainability work to funders and partners and created a design framework that could be reused for future reporting.
